Pricing is straightforward to understand. All fees are assessed by credit card or ACH networks.

Payment rates:

• Credit Cards: 2.99%
• Checks (ACH)
• Minimum fee of $0.75 
• Maximum fee of $8.00

Under certain circumstances where fees need to be charged to the Resident, fees can be applied to your monthly statement. Our Business Office Manager may apply the fees during the transaction if they process your payment for you.
