Memory Care

Services available specifically to our Memory Care residents include: 

• Expert Memory Care Staff - Team members are specially trained through our Kaleidoscope program to support those with memory care needs.
• Daily Rhythms Program - Memory Care residents need structure and stability in their lives. This program responds to the needs of our residents by proving meaningful activities at the same time of day, every day, in order to help them develop a healthy, predictable energy pattern.
• Life Stations - These are areas that offer opportunities for reminiscing. They allow memory care residents to relive past experiences using reminiscent decor and lap baskets filled with objects that will stimulate their senses.
• Memory Boxes - Each resident receives a memory box which you are encouraged to help them decorate as a way to help them settle into their new home.
• Family Style dining - Staff members join residents for meals and serve food from colorful bowls and platters. Residents assist with setting the table as this is a visual cue that it is meal time.
• Secured Courtyards - Your loved one will spend time outdoors exploring beautiful paths, gardening, feeding birds and much more in our safe and secure courtyards.
• Live a Dream - Our campus is a place where dreams come true. Does your loved one have a wish they'd like to have granted? See a member of our team for details!
• Taste of the Town - This is an opportunity to sample the offerings of area restaurants without having to leave the campus.
• Quarterly Themed Dinner Events - Enjoy a special night of entertainment and food, with special themes from 'The Roaring Twenties' to 'Casino Night.'
• Family Night Celebrations - Join your loved one for a special night of good food, fun and entertainment at least four times a year.
• Community Involvement - Residents will enjoy fun and entertaining community events throughout the year, where members of the community are encouraged to participate in activities throughout the year.
• Family Orientation - Helps our families to understand what they can expect regarding the care of their loved one on our Legacy. Each family should receive a Legacy Family Orientation Guide upon move-in and meet with the Legacy Leader to review the guide together.

While at our campus, each resident will enjoy these features: 

• Resident First Meeting - This meeting is held within 7-10 days of admission with the purpose of sharing goals and developing plans.
• Family Call - We know family is important. That's why we'll call you within 72 hours of your loved one's move-in to report on their status. We also call 45 days after admission and then every 30-60 days prior to Customer Satisfaction Survey.
• LifeShare - Stay connected with your loved one. The LifeShare mobile app will allow you and your loved one to send pictures and text messages, and also keep up-to-date on campus activities and events.
• Inspired Living Recreational Programs - These are a variety of events, activities and outings available for your loved one to choose from. For a list of all available programs please see the LifeShare monitor or speak to a member of our Life Enrichment team.
• Happy Hour - Every Friday, residents and family members can participate in a happy hour where they can mix and mingle while enjoying beverages and snacks.
• Sunday Brunch - Enjoy Sunday brunch with us once a month. This includes complimentary meals for two guests.
• Transportation - Transportation is available to and from physician's visits. Additional charges apply.

*Please Note: If you currently have your payment information set up with our previous vendor, you will need to complete this new set up process with our new vendor by going to the campus website and clicking on the Pay My Bill Link.

• With your paper statement in hand, click on the Pay My Bill button on your facility's homepage from the website URL as shown on your statement.
• Click on the Make a Quick Payment button to make a one-time payment by credit card*, debit card* or e-check. Enter required information exactly as it appears on your current monthly billing statement.
• Click on the Sign Up for My Billing Summary button to set up an online profile account which will allow you to view your statement online with options for setting up automatic monthly payments. Enter required information exactly as it appears on the current monthly billing statement. Be sure to store your login information and password in a safe place. *Please note: The Enrollment User Full Name must be entered without spaces.
• Once all required fields are completed and the form is submitted, you will receive an email to the email address provided that will include your temporary password.
• Click on the Link to activate your account using the temporary password received in the enrollment e-mail. You will then be prompted to create your own user password.
• Once your account has been activated, proceed to the portal to add your desired payment method information under the My Wallet section on the left-hand menu, and then add your desired payment method information. 

*A 2.85% Surcharge Fee will be charged when paying by credit or debit card.
