We strive to provide health and wellness activities through our Fitness Program with Lisa Kelly as well as educational opportunities to help our residents thrive and maintain their independence as long as possible. This entails developing a plan of care consistent with your medical history, functional abilities, cognition, fall risk factors, expectations, and willingness or ability to follow the plan.
It is our goal to minimize the risk of falls as much as possible, while assisting each resident in maintaining an optimal quality of life using our team approach.
