Executive Director
The ED is responsible for overall management of the facility.
Resident Care Coordinator
Coordinator and issues of care not limited to Resident care, Care Plans, Evaluation, Physicians, and Transportation. The Resident Care Coordinator also does staff recruitment with the ED.
Business Office Manager
The BOM can assist you with any billing or insurance questions.
Community Relations Director
Community Relations Director manages the relationships with the residents and their families, businesses, and communities surrounding Cascade Valley. Community Relations also oversees coordinating admission.
Once inside the Cascade Valley direct care questions to Resident Care Coordinator & Director of Nursing. All Billing question is for our Business Office Manager.
Activities
Responsible for planning, directing, and carrying out with his/her staff and volunteers a schedule of meaningful activities which reflect resident preferences for social, intellectual, physical, and spiritual desires.
Mail is delivered to the facility Monday-Saturday. Any personal mail received will be delivered to your personal mail box or by staff in Memory Care.
Families may opt to collect business mail for Memory Care Residents.

Stamps can be purchased from the business office during normal business hours. We can also assist with purchasing postage for packages and oversized envelopes. Please bring your package to the business office or ask care staff for assistance. Outgoing mail can be dropped off in our outgoing mail slots.
